This is a really good hotel a little bit dated could need a refurbish but other than that staff excellent a great place
I liked everything about this property, the pool, the staff, the location and the food were excellent

Wonderful
Facilities and staff were lovely. Location was great! Multiple pool choice was awesome. Very happy with most things
The swimming pool bar closing early at 6pm and the pool and activities closing at 7pm was frustrating as we had a 15month old so once she was asleep by 630pm there wasn’t anything open to continue to enjoy, would have loved the pool and bar to be open for longer so everyone at the facility could enjoy and not be forced to go out, or if they couldn’t go out due to circumstances like ours, they weren’t trapped with nothing to do

Clean & modern, lots of facilities, good location in Kuta. Perfect if looking for a large hotel
Central location in Kuta. Lots of facilities and pools to choose from. Rooms clean and modern. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do more for you. We had very sick teens one night (bali belly) and they were very helpful.
Large hotel with too many people, would prefer a smaller hotel in the future. Breakfast buffet was ok, more cereal & fruit options would be better.
